Advance payment

To begin production, we require a 60% deposit of the total order.

This payment allows you to reserve materials, coordinate printing times, and secure your place on the production schedule.

🔒 The deposit is non-refundable once the process has begun , as it covers preparation, design, and material costs.

The remaining 40% is paid upon delivery or before final shipment, depending on the type of order.
Free samples

At BrandLab, we offer free samples as part of larger orders, so you can see the quality of our garments before we produce them in volume.

✅ How does it work?

The sample is worked with the full price , like any regular garment.

However, if you later decide to move forward with a larger order (from 10 units), the value of that sample is discounted from the total , so it is free for you .

🔁 This applies to one sample per design or type of garment .

📦 They can be shipped anywhere in Guatemala, and we also offer international shipping.

💡 Samples are a great way to validate fit, colors, print, and finishes before scaling your brand.
Personalization

✅ All of our prices include printing in two locations (e.g., front and back or front and sleeve). If you'd like to add a third or fourth print , there's an additional cost of Q15 per location per garment.
